These terms and conditions govern the shipping services provided by GwadarSwift Inc. for transporting goods from the USA to Pakistan via air and sea. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

– **Carrier**: Refers to GwadarSwift Inc.

– **Customer**: The person or entity booking the shipping service.

– **Goods**: Any items or cargo that the Customer wishes to ship.

– **Services**: The transportation of Goods by air or sea.

3. **Booking and Documentation**

– All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.

– The Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipment, including but not limited to the nature of the Goods, weight, dimensions, value, and any special handling instructions.

– Necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, export/import licenses) must be provided by the Customer.

4. **Packaging and Labeling**

– The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Goods are properly packed to withstand the rigors of transportation.

– All packages must be clearly labeled with the destination address, contact details, and any handling instructions.

5. **Prohibited Items**

– The Carrier will not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, or any items prohibited by law.

– The Customer must ensure that no prohibited items are included in the shipment.

6. **Freight Charges and Payment**

– Freight charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and nature of the Goods.

– Payment must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

– Any additional charges (e.g., customs duties, taxes, storage fees) are the responsibility of the Customer.

7. **Insurance**

– The Carrier provides limited liability coverage for lost or damaged Goods. The Customer is advised to purchase additional insurance coverage if needed.

– Claims for lost or damaged Goods must be filed within 15 business days of delivery.

8. **Customs Clearance**

– The Carrier will assist with customs clearance; however, the Customer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation and for any associated fees.

– Delays due to customs clearance are not the responsibility of the Carrier.

9. **Delivery and Transit Times**

– Estimated transit times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

– The Carrier will make reasonable efforts to deliver Goods within the estimated time frame but is not liable for delays beyond its control.

10. **Liability and Limitations**
